What can I keep in the Bow Beauty Organizer Tray?
Makeup brushes, lipsticks, eyeliners, earrings, rings, hair clips and other small accessories. The bow compartments hold the smaller bits and the round tray base takes your daily-use items.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours and reach major pincodes in India within 7-10 days. Once your order ships, we share tracking details by email, SMS or WhatsApp wherever applicable.
Can I return or exchange it?
Every product is carefully checked before dispatch, so we currently do not offer returns or exchanges once an order is delivered. If your product arrives damaged, please read the damaged product steps below.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video showing the package being opened from the beginning. The video is mandatory for a valid claim. Once it is verified, we will process a refund or suitable resolution at our discretion.
How do I track my order?
